Have you ever made cheesecake? I'm tempted to ask the house chef to make that one for my birthday. Yum.

Cheesecake used to be one of my specialties, back when I used to bake. Never made a pumpkin one, but I have made cheesecake with crumbled brownies and chocolate & caramel sauces on top (Chaos Pie, I used to call it, but I don't think I was the one who named it).

Wonder if you can make cheesecake without eggs? Pumpkin cheesecake with a gingersnap crust sounds incredible. Starbucks has a pumpkin spice latte that's pretty darn good, too.
